Third Party Implementation Specialist

The Third Party Implementation Specialist is responsible for maintaining close relationships with our customers, serving as a liaison, between Data Center, Inc. (DCI) and them, and assisting them with obtaining complete and satisfactory utilization of DCI services.  This position requires the ability to travel at least 50% of the time.

Bank Conversions & Add-Ons

  • Obtaining and collecting data from new client banks.
  • Conforming and preparing data for submission to the Application Development staff.
  • Performing subsequent testing of data.
  • Making direct contact with client bank immediately following the implementation for consultation and training.
  • Providing 2nd and 3rd level customer support.
  • Maintaining existing customer base.
  • Testing and implementation of new releases.
  • Being responsible for all assigned 3rd Party applications/interfaces and other DCI applications/interfaces assigned.
  • Assisting customer with setup of ancillary application.

Customer Support & Product Development

  • Assisting with design and testing of new projects and enhancements to DCI processing system.
  • Providing back-up support to Customer Service Representatives in the Support Center and Demos by answering customer questions and concerns about assigned applications.

Other

  • Ability to lead project and provide release training and tracking.
  • Providing back up to all functions and duties performed by other Implementation Specialists.
  • Ensuring that personal work area and other shared departmental work areas maintained in a neat and organized manner.
  • Performing other related duties as assigned.
  • Maintaining certifications for assigned applications.
  • Possessing technical ability to review and implement hardware and software for assigned applications.
  • Ability to travel at least 50%.

Bachelor’s Degree in Business or related
