Management Instructor

Responsibilities:

The Management Instructor is responsible for developing and conducting training for new Data Center customers and providing continuing education in a classroom or web-based setting for existing customers and DCI employees. This position will be responsible for developing and authoring online learning content, conducting system audits and preparing formal audit findings reports for customers, as well as providing associated telephone support for customers with questions about processing systems.

Requirements:

  • Conducts classroom and web-based training to customers and DCI employees in the function and use of DCI applications.
  • Prepares instructional material and course outlines pertaining to DCI applications.
  • Communicates the implications and effects of federal regulations that relate to DCI applications.
  • Presents new bank education information and instructional materials using PCs, Servers, Internet, and other tools.
  • Presentation skills, documentation skills, and technical skills a must.
  • Develops, authors, and maintains online courses that provide recorded, interactive instruction to customers and DCI employees in the function and use of DCI applications.
  • Conducts on-site system usage audits with DCI customers to improve customer knowledge and understanding of DCI software applications.
  • Completes written audit findings reports for customers following on-site observation.
  • Receives, logs, and responds to telephone and written correspondence from DCI customers regarding questions about DCI products and reports.
  • Monitors DCI application performance and communicates any problems and concerns to Product Manager.
  • Provides input and makes suggestions for User Documentation.
  • Provides support to on-site project group and conversion teams.
  • Provides back-up support for taking calls and performing functions and duties of other Customer Services Representatives as needed.
  • Up to 40% travel within the USA (driving or flying).

Education Requirements:

  • Business Administration, Information Systems, Education, or equivalent work experience.
  • One to three years of experience in business or educational training and/or equivalent experience in a financial institution.

Monday - Friday, 8 AM - 5 PM; Overtime required during peak times with occasional weekend travel.
