Banking Product Specialist

DCI, a provider of full-service bank technology and processing solutions to the financial industry, has an opening for a Product Specialist in the USA. The Product Specialist is responsible for providing demonstrations of various DCI Banking applications to bank customers in a pressure-free manner with an informative focus. This includes providing product solution benefits and implementation information regarding specific bank customer questions and concerns. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Banking or related, or equivalent work experience required. Minimum of two years banking related work experience is absolutely required; preferably in a related bank product demonstration/presentation and customer/sales support role with active database involvement and administrative responsibility. This position works remotely from home, but has 75% travel requirement via car or air.

Position Requires:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Banking or related, or equivalent work experience.
  • Minimum of two years banking related work experience is absolutely required; preferably in a related bank product demonstration/presentation and customer/sales support role with active database involvement and administrative responsibility.
  • Strong knowledge of banking software products required.
  • Must possess general knowledge of all areas of the banking industry, including bank client server products, demand deposit accounting, loan systems and administration, and related financial data processing.
  • Knowledge and understanding of bank compliance regulations that relate to DCI applications.
  • Advanced knowledge of financial computing applications and general PC operations.
  • Thorough understanding of DCI operations preferred.
  • Excellent presentation and delivery skills.
  • Excellent verbal and interpersonal communication skills, in person and through use of telephone.
  • Effective planning, coordination, time management, and organization skills.
  • Effective and appropriate face-to-face and verbal communication skills, as well as appropriate conduct of interpersonal relations.
  • Effective communication skills in writing and speaking clearly and concisely.
  • 75% Travel via Air or Car.

Education
