The Chief Operating Officer is the member of Executive Management that is responsible for maintaining and driving operational results within a company.  The COO works closely with the CEO and the CFO as well as other executive management team members.  The COO must be a skilled communicator, effective leader and driven businessperson who can spur company growth, maintain key operational procedures, create new processes, and ensure day to day operational excellence. This individual will be instrumental in customer interactions and customer relationships.

The PT Balance Clerk is responsible for investigating, re-entering, and balancing check items that reject under normal processing, which includes balancing and verifying that debits and credits on grouped check and bank transaction items are equal, investigating, re-entering/MICR encoding, and balancing rejected items.

Banking Implementation Specialist

The Banking Implementation Support Specialist is responsible for ensuring the successful conversion of new banks to the iCoreGo Solution systems, maintaining close liaison with customers, and assisting banks in obtaining complete and satisfactory utilization of DCI services. They are also responsible for providing accurate and timely support to DCI customers regarding their questions and concerns about various DCI iCoreGo applications.

Card Services Analyst

The Card Services Analyst is responsible for generating, maintaining, and modifying ATM configurations by completing the necessary set-up steps to define ATMs and cardbases on the Switchware system for successful ATM & Card Services implementations. The Card Services Analyst will also assists Network, and ATM owners and vendors in fault isolation of systems, and acts as a technical liaison between Card Services, support in order to determine and correct problems quickly.

Part Time Balancing Clerk-Commerce CA

The Part Time Item Processing Balance Clerk is responsible for the timely import process and creation of bank transactions files. This includes balancing and verifying bank transactions and correcting MICR line rejects. Other duties include verifying reports, mail preparation, report building and performing task-oriented procedures on a computer. This position is considered Low-Level with banking transaction knowledge with high degree of detail. Provides exceptional customer service in ensuring that all DCI financial institutions and customers receive effective and complete satisfactory care. This individual must also be reliable/flexible to work varying schedules as requested to meet site processing and operations requirements during peak periods.
