Banks Rank DCI High in Overall Satisfaction

HUTCHINSON, KAN., April 24, 2019 – Data Center Inc. (DCI), the privately-owned developer of iCore360® core banking software and related technologies for community banks nationwide, proves again that collaborative relationships and steadfast customer service are vital requirements in obtaining high customer satisfaction and consistent client loyalty.
The DCI 2018 annual customer satisfaction survey once more reflected the success of dedicated customer service efforts with 100% of the company’s iCore360 clients rating their overall satisfaction with DCI at 92% – marking 13 consecutive years of overall satisfaction ratings above 90%. Additionally, 73% of DCI customers rated their satisfaction with a perfect score of 100%.
DCI also continued a voluntary client contract renewal rate of 100% in 2018, proving that DCI clearly excels when it comes to customer care, satisfaction, and loyalty.
