Banker Satisfaction with DCI Reflects Overall Excellent Service


– Customer service satisfaction earns high marks – 

HUTCHINSON, KAN., March 23, 2017 – Data Center Inc. (DCI), the privately-owned developer of iCore360® core banking software and related technologies for community banks nationwide, finished 2016 with another year of nearly perfect customer satisfaction and retention.

DCI once again received a 100% response rate to its 2016 annual customer satisfaction survey of iCore360 clients, who ranked their satisfaction with DCI performance on 33 individual metrics. The average satisfaction score for all survey categories was an impressive 94%, while overall service and support rated an outstanding 96%. The likelihood of continuing a relationship with DCI was the highest rated category, scoring a solid 97%.

Additionally, DCI finished the year with a customer retention rate of 97%, continuing a decades-long achievement of near-100% customer loyalty.

The company’s high level of customer satisfaction is largely due to their focus on highly collaborative, personal relationships with each client.
