Customer Led Innovation
While our customers are our owners and serve on our board, they’re also our collaborators. We’re in constant dialogue about performance and improvements that will impact community banking.
But we go further. We invite customers to innovation forums five times a year. Our user conference and gatherings in Hutchinson and Las Vegas bring together hundreds of customers for technology updates and interactive workshops. Customer-led user groups emerge from each session and, together with our staff, address real-world needs and inventive solutions that can be moved into production.
