Customer Relationship Manager

 

The Customer Relationship Manager is responsible for maintaining close liaison with assigned customers to assist them in obtaining full and satisfactory utilization of services; schedules personal visits to assigned customers and acts in a consulting manner to improve and/or maintain a high level of customer satisfaction; performs additional training as needed and implements new services in client banks as appropriate.

 

Requirements:
Bachelor of Business Administration or related degree field is strongly preferred.


Two years of work experience in a financial organization, preferably in a customer service or an account management role.


Three years of experience in financial data processing.


The ability to travel up to 50% of the time.


Excellent written and verbal communication, leadership, problem-solving, and organizational skills.


Advanced PC operation and testing skills, Microsoft Word, Excel, and Office, and Windows applications required.

 

 

 

Implementation Specialist

 

The Implementation Specialist is responsible for ensuring the successful conversion of new banks to the DCI data processing system, maintaining close liaison with customers, and assisting banks in obtaining complete and satisfactory utilization of DCI services.


 

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field is preferred but not required.

Three or more years of work experience in a financial institution.

The ability to travel at least 50% of the time.

Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

Excellent time management, organization, writing and verbal communication skills are also required.

 

 

 

Mobile Software Developer

 

The Mobile Software Developer is responsible for mobile-based application programming of DCI's finanical data processing products. Other responsibilities include:

 

• Writing and maintaining new and existing programs.

 

• Designing, coding, testing, and debugging program logic.

 

• Writing program documentation using methodology and programming standards.

 

• Maintaining, enhancing, and troubleshooting assigned applications.

 

• Providing implementation and programming support to Customer Support and Professional

  Services.


 

Requirements:

Bachelor of Computer Science, Information Systems, or related degree and/or equivalent work experience.

Mobile Development skills for Android and Apple device platforms using the Java, Swift, and Objective-C languages.

Experience and knowledge of web-based systems and tools and technologies such as

C# ASP.Net, HTML, XML, JavaScript, and jQuery is preferred.
