Regional Sales Manager

The Regional Sales Manager is responsible for the generation and maintenance of continuing DCI data processing and other related bank services to DCI bank customers, as well as ensuring the satisfactory delivery of services and products to new and existing DCI financial institution clients. This individual is accountable for interacting professionally and diplomatically with contacts of member banks and all DCI management, staff, and employees.

Requirements:

• Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Management Information Systems, Computer Science or related.
• Two to four years work experience in a financial data processing organization with experience in data processing project facilitation, sales, and service.
  Work experience with banking industry technology solutions is strongly preferred.

 

Implementations Project Manager

The Implementation Project Manager is responsible for leading and coordinating Internal Projects and Conversion Group efforts in ensuring the successful conversion of new banks to the DCI data processing system, maintaining close liaison with customers and vendors, and assisting banks in obtaining complete and satisfactory utilization of DCI services.

Requirements:

• Bachelor of Science degree in Business or related.
• Three or more years work experience in a supervisory capacity for a financial institution.

 

Compliance Officer

Responsible for developing and maintaininga comprehensive process for identifying, assessing, reducing, monitoring, controlling and reporting key business risks which include risk management, corporate governance and disaster recovery/business continuity. Ensure compliance with internal policies and procedures and with external requirements imposed by law or regulatrions.

Requirements:

• Bachelor of Business Administration or Bachelor of Science in MIS and/or Accounting.
• Five years work experience in banking and financial data processing.
• Three years experience in risk assessment/compliance in the banking and IT industry
• Two years experience in Disaster Recovery/Business Continuity Planning.

 

IT Audit Officer

The IT Audit Officer is responsible for the ongoing development, administration, and the maintenance of an effective information system audit program and overseeing the ongoing evaluation of the security and controls for DCI applications, systems software, functions and various DCI departmental areas.

Requirements:

• Bachelor of Business Administration or Bachelor of Science in MIS and/or Accounting.
• Five years work experience in banking and financial data processing.
• Three years audit experience
• Computer programming and supervisory experience is preferred.

 

Business Analyst - Management Applications

The Business Analyst is responsible for assisting with the prioritization of development projects, writing project specifications, and performing quality assurance testing of software changes to ensure quality software releases of the iCore360 product.

Requirements:

• Bachelor of Business Administration or related field.
• Three or more years work experience in banking and/or data processing.

 

Third Party Specialist - Support

The Third Party Specialist is responsible for maintaining close liason with customers, and assisting banks in obtaining complete and satisfactory utilization of DCI products and services.

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree of equivalent work experience.
• Minimum two years technical experience is mandatory.
• Three or more years work experience in a financial institution.
• Limited travel.
