Business Analyst–Management
The Business Analyst is responsible for assisting with the prioritization of development projects, writing project specifications, and performing quality assurance testing of software changes to ensure quality software releases of the DCI processing system.
Requirements:
Bachelor of Business Administration or related field.
Three or more years work experience in banking and/or data processing.
Customer Support Specialist–Loans
The Customer Support Specialist is responsible for providing accurate and timely support to DCI customers regarding their questions and concerns regarding various DCI software applications. The Customer Support Specialist can provide support in the areas of deposits, applications management, and loans.
Requirements:
Associates Degree (Bachelor's degree preferred)
Two years work experience in a financial institution.
Implementation Specialist
The Implementation Specialist is responsible for ensuring the successful conversion of
new banks to the DCI data processing system, maintaining close liaison with customers,
and assisting banks in obtaining complete and satisfactory utilization of DCI services.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in business or related field.
Three or more years work experience for financial institution.
Ability to travel at least 50%.
Instructor
The Instructor is responsible for developing and conducting training for new Data Center customers and providing continuing education in a classroom setting for existing customers and DCI employees, as well as providing associated telephone support for customers with questions about processing systems.
Requirements:
Bachelor of Business Administration or Bachelor of Science in Business or Business Education, or related field.
One to three years experience in business or educational training and/or equivalent experience in a financial institution.
Production Control Technician
The Production Control Technician is responsible for verifying program and SQL promotion request are authorized and for promoting programs and SQL’s into production. The Production Control Technician is additionally responsible for various critical file transmissions and receipts, maintaining on-call lists for the Operations Turnover, for creating and maintaining procedural documentation for all department tasks, and for communicating production program and procedure changes to the Operations Department.
Requirements:
High school diploma. Associates degree in Data Processing or Computer Science preferred.
One year minimum work experience in data processing, computer operations, or production control.
Programmer–GUI Services Department
GUI Programmers are responsible for the overall application programming process of DCI's financial data processing products in client-server and web-based system environments by accurately and efficiently writing and maintaining new and existing programs, including designing, coding, testing, and debugging program logic and writing program documentation using methodology and programming standards established by the GUI Services Department. GUI Programmers are also accountable for maintaining, enhancing, and troubleshooting assigned applications, assisting in the design of new and existing DCI programs and systems, and providing implementation and programming support to Customer Support and Professional Services during conversions and application installations.
Requirements:
Bachelor of Computer Science, Information Systems, or related degree, and/or one to three years programming experience.
Development and support skills in the Microsoft Windows and Unix system environments.
Development and support skills in Microsoft Visual Basic .NET and Microsoft ASP .NET languages. Strong experience and extensive knowledge of web-based systems and tools and technologies such as HTML, XML, Javascript, and jQuery. Relational database knowledge in Oracle and SQL Server.
Programmer–Product Management
Product Management Programmers are responsible for the overall application programming process of DCI's financial data processing products by accurately and efficiently writing and maintaining new and existing programs, including designing, coding, testing, and debugging program logic and writing program documentation using methodology and programming standards established by the Programming Department. Programmers are also accountable for maintaining, enhancing, and troubleshooting assigned applications, assisting in the design of new and existing DCI programs and systems, and providing implementation and programming support to Customer Services Project Group conversions and application installations.
Requirements:
Bachelor of Computer Science, Information Systems, or related degree, and/or one to three years programming experience.
Development and support skills in at least one system environment.
Technical Project Engineer
The Technical Project Engineer is responsible for research, development, testing, and implementing technical projects as assigned by the Lead Technical Project Engineer. The Technical Project Engineer involves working project development from a technological perspective, and assists in verifying that implementations follow the finest practice configuration principles. The position demands direct interaction with the other technical teams. This position provides technical guidance and delivering solutions to DCI and DCI customers.
Requirements:
Bachelor of Science degree in Management Information Systems, Computer Science or related, or equivalent work experience.
Knowledge of Microsoft OS, preferably server 2008 and WIndows 7.
Knowledge of IIS, Virtualization, SAN storage, and Terminal Services/XenApp would be beneficial.
Minimum of two years work experience in related field.
Banking work experience is a plus.
