Card Services Specialist
The Card Services Specialist is responsible for the coordination and implementation of ATM card, debit card and/or ATM terminals with client institutions. Other responsibilities include second level problem determination for existing client institutions using logging and research tools available to Card Services, as well as acting as a liaison between DCI Card Customers and DCI's Card Services Department.
 
Requirements:

Associates degree in Accounting or Banking.

Two years work experience in a customer contact role, preferably in bankcard services and/or data processing.

Experience in Microsoft Word and Excel.



Reader/Sorter Operator/Balance Clerk (Part-time)
The Reader/Sorter Operator/Balance Clerk is responsible for efficiently operating computerized check reader/sorter transport equipment utilizing operational software to capture bank item runs, distributing MICR encoded bank items, fine sorting miscellaneous "on us" items, running exception pulls and statement sorts, entering sort pattern data, as well as performing bulk-filing procedures, preparing cash letters and deposit slips, investigating, re-entering, and balancing check items that reject under normal processing in a multi-bank traditional and imaging processing environment.

Location: Oklahoma City

Requirements:
High School Diploma or GED.

General bank operations experience preferred, but not required.
 
Ability to lift up to 20 lbs. – 40 lbs. regularly.

Extended periods of standing and/or sitting.

High finger dexterity and strength in hands.  



Sales Support Representative
The Sales Support Representative is responsible for providing demonstrations of various DCI Banking applications to bank customers in a pressure-free manner with an informative focus. This includes providing product solution benefits and implementation information regarding specific bank customer questions and concerns.
 

Requirements:
Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Banking or related, or equivalent work experience.

Minimum of two years banking work experience is absolutely required; preferably in a related bank product demonstration/presentation and customer/sales support role with active database involvement and administrative responsibility

xperience preferred, but not required. Ability to lift up to 20 lbs. – 40 lbs. regularly. Extended periods of standing and/or sitting
