Banker Survey Shows High Satisfaction in DCI & iCore360®
– Company Maintains Record-High Customer Satisfaction Scores –

HUTCHINSON, KAN., February 18, 2015
– Data Center Inc. (DCI), the privately-owned developer of iCore360® core banking software and related technologies, finished 2014 with another stellar year in overall customer satisfaction, maintaining a decade-long run of consistently high ratings.

Once again DCI received a 100% response rate to its annual customer satisfaction survey, which asked iCore360° clients to rank DCI performance on 33 metrics. The average score for all categories was a near-perfect 94%, which was still an increase of .07 percent over last year’s scores.
