bank information processing company. DCI brings to your bank stability, as witnessed by
our 33 years of continuous service to the banking community and a 98% contract renewal
rate. Our company performs computer processing for more than 200 banks throughout the
United States. DCI is headquartered in Hutchinson, KS, with remote processing sites in
Kansas City, KS, Denver, CO, Springfield, MO, Oklahoma City, OK, Wichita, KS, Salina, KS,
Baton Rouge, LA and Dallas, TX.
DCI was founded and is now owned and controlled by
bankers like yourself. DCI is a stock company owned and controlled by our customer Board
of Directors. This ensures better service, stronger product offerings, and security of
data for all of our customers. We encourage our customers to participate in the equity
ownership of our company, although participation is not a requirement.
DCI brings only the best customer support to your
bank. We believe there are three important and separate components of support --before,
during and most importantly, after conversion. We believe our on-going support and service
to our clients is among the very best in the banking industry. DCI's Customer Support
department is staffed with 22 dedicated professionals with more than 200 collective years
of banking experience. Our total staff of more than 200 employees includes 40 technical
experts who are responsible for application program maintenance, enhancements and
development of interfaces to other software. These same individuals provide the training
and technical support necessary for successful conversions.
