HUTCHINSON, KS (July 1, 2001) – More high tech comes to community bankers in the form of a new alliance between DCI and LendingTools.com. DCI, one of the nation's leading full-service bank technology providers, and LendingTools.com, a new and unique Internet application service provider, are joining forces to deliver new high-tech information and management tools to community bankers.

The alliance embellishes DCI's bank processing, executive management and communications technology—particularly the popular iCore system—with the Internet-based services of LendingTools.com, including intranets, extranets, lending analysis and workflow, data mining and marketing systems.

Combined together, the iCore management tools and LendingTools.com applications add an extensive dimension of intelligence and workflow control to a bank's technology setting.

For example, DCI's iCore client/server bank processing system boasts a Windows microcomputer environment with 32-bit applications and a relational Oracle database. This architecture simultaneously manages transactions and processing while providing direct, unlimited access to any or all enterprise information—without the need for separate databases. Users can import and manipulate information with other Windows software as well. iCore also features an exclusive Executive Information System and other point-and-click management tools for profitability and performance analysis, data/document archival, and a wide range of custom, detailed reporting.

The LendingTools.com applications, which interface with the DCI processing system's database, operate over the Internet with no on-site software and no additional administrative overhead. The applications integrate a financial institution’s data into an information portal with quick, secure access to an array of information tools including online credit analysis and workflow, collaboration and messaging, profitability analysis and reporting, data mining and warehousing, custom marketing and more.
