The survey concludes that each bank produces an average of 13 reports a month with DCI INfoSIGHT. The most common applications profiled in the reports were customer information file, deposits and loans.
According to the survey, banks generated the reports for a variety of reasons: board meetings, marketing, auditing, internal management or supporting reports for call reports.
The next DCI INfoSIGHT users meeting will be held May 8 in Hutchinson.
