DCI Promotes Amanda Smith to Director of Human Resources
- Senior Human Resources member handed new resp onsibilities - 

HUTCHINSON , Kansas , April 1, 2008 – DCI, a provider of full-service bank technology and processing solutions to the financial industry, has promoted Amanda Smith, senior human resources generalist, to director of Human Resources. As director, Smith is responsible for the executive management of DCI’s nationwide recruiting, employee relations, benefits plans, policies and other employment initiatives.

Smith joined DCI in September 2007 as a senior human resources professional handling DCI payroll, benefits billing, compensation programs and salary surveys.

Before joining DCI, Smith helped manage extensive human resources departments for Hutchinson ( Kansas ) Clinic and Wichita, Kansas-based Kansas Pathology Consultants, which included the development of personnel policies and procedures, regulatory compliance, records management, event planning and employee orientation and training.

Smith received her bachelor of science in business administration from Wichita State University with a concentration in human resource management.
