Witnesses Expansion and Loyalty for DCI DCI expanded its nationwide
reach to more institutions than ever, including thrifts like Coatesville,
Penn.-based Coatesville Savings
Bank, de novos like Scottsdale, Ariz.-based
Goldwater Bank, and billion-dollar institutions like the recently-merged
Camarillo, CA-based First California Bank. “DCI outperforms the
competition,” said James Ziegler, president of Coatesville Savings
Bank,
adding, “we know DCI’s iCore
technology will easily grow with our bank.” A new release of the iCore
processing and bank management software touted broader, customer-influenced
capabilities for profitability, lending and online banking, in particular. DCI also celebrated the most
successful annual
conference and iCore user group meetings in its 44-year history, along
with another year of near-perfect customer retention and satisfaction survey
results. “DCI enjoys a remarkable
relationship of collaboration with our customers,” said Sarah Fankhauser,
senior vice president. “Many of our yearly product developments come from
the input all our customers share with us, not just those that are owners or
board members.” DCI added new sales managers to
handle booming activity across the entire Midwest and Western U.S., and
announced the promotion of H. Melvin Mac Kay to senior vice president of
application development, who continues his life-long commitment to DCI, 39
years after it began in 1968. “DCI’s growth has always
been due to the great people we have,” said John Jones, DCI’s president
and CEO. “Having such talented, caring people allows us to give our
customers a better technology experience that helps them better serve their
customers.”
