DCI Reflects on 2006 Successes, Growth and Golf

-Increased market presence, company growth and expansion highlight 2006 successes-

HUTCHINSON , KAN. , January 22, 2007 –  DCI, a provider of full-service bank technology and processing solutions to the financial industry, reported a record year in growth, market presence and product offerings/updates – with a great golf game on the side.

In May, DCI announced a strategic partnership with Addison, Texas-based AudioTel, a software solutions provider for financial institutions, to expand capabilities for remote image capture and exchange, including branch and merchant check imaging. DCI also released BSA Navigator™, a Bank Secrecy Act (BSA) compliance software solution developed through a strategic alliance with Alpharetta, Ga. -based Benchmark Technology Group.

DCI continued to enhance its flagship product, iCore, the company’s integrated core processing and bank management system. Like all previous releases of the iCore product, the 2006 releases contained several significant enhancements based on direct input from bank users, including iCore/CRM, multi-factor authentication, .Net 2.0 capabilities and expanded card processing and voice systems.

2006 completed a very successful year in DCI sales, marked by a record number of banks nationwide choosing to implement iCore, including high demand from de novo banks ready to aggressively compete with already established banks.  An increased focus was also placed on installing DCI’s Proof21 remote capture and proofing solution.

To support the growing market presence, DCI greatly expanded its professional support staff and hired two additional sales managers. In March, Julie Whitchurch was employed to serve the Southeastern United States . In June, Matthew Court was employed to serve the Mountain West region ( Utah , Idaho , Montana , Wyoming , Arizona , Nevada and Southern Texas ).

“DCI has served community banks for 43 years,” said John Jones, CEO of DCI. “Our progress is directly attributed to our history of technical foresight and commitment to strong, personal bank relationships. With the involvement of our customers, iCore continues to evolve and create demand. The past year was one of our most successful and rewarding, as we worked with customers to create technology services that help institutions everywhere succeed.”

DCI was also a major sponsor of the 2006 U.S. Senior Open Championship hosted at the world-renowned Prairie Dunes Country Club in DCI’s hometown of Hutchinson , Kan. The July event featured some of professional golf’s most prestigious players, including Tom Watson, Gary Player, Ben Crenshaw and champion Allen Doyle. It was the second major golf championship hosted at the famed course and sponsored by DCI, in the past four years, following the 2002 U.S. Women’s Open.
